Designed to facilitate the exercises of the Franklin Method®. Balls are the ideal density and size for relaxation exercises of the neck, jaw, elbow, hip and more. Approximately 3.5" in diameter. Set of two. Latex- and phthalate-free.
Franklin Balls come partially inflated but is required to adjust firmness (sold separately).

I saw these balls used at a horse riding clinic and everyone who used them said how well they worked. I have a issue with not sitting back in my saddle ( always to forward)They do that!!!

We use these Franklin balls in our Pilates classes. After several sessions of exercising or feet, ankles, and toes, the range of motion and flexibility in my toes has improved. Having inherited my grandfather's feet, they've never been very nice looking. Then in the last few years the 2nd and 3rd toes have been curling due to arthritis. Using the Franklin balls once or twice a week is making my toes noticeably straighter. I bought the balls so I can do the exercises at home and give one to my son, who is a runner, and can benefit from them as well.

Along with being great tool for foot massage, they are wonderful for hips, neck, and shoulders. (And Im sure more.) highly recommend!

It's not an exaggeration to say these have been life changing. I'm indebted to my Pilates instructor for recommending these for stretching/massaging and strengthening my feet. I've had many issues with my feet over the years, and near daily use (early in the morning) of these for only a few weeks has changed how I move and exercise. They've also just increased my awareness of my feet which has been so beneficial. Very grateful.
