I can't understand why some reviewers here would order a product described as soft foam roller and then complain that it wasn't hard enough. Duh!But some of us actually want a soft foam roller, like me, because I have collapsed disks in my spine and can't use the hard foam roller. So I am very happy with my purchase, and it is helping me with my physical therapy. It took me a while to find it online, but I'm glad I did.

I like this one much better than the original one I ordered which was not described as firm but definitely was that and then some. This one supports me but lets me perform my stretches to help my aching body recover from injury.

I saw Sue Hitzman on Dr, OZ and decided to buy a soft roller and try some of her exercixes. I have been bent over and in horrible pain for 3 years. This roller and her exercises have saved my life. I can stand straight now and and almost pain free. I use this roller every morning!

I needed a soft roller because my myofascia has been damaged and my hard roller hurt too much. I use both the soft and hard in different areas.

The hard roller was a little to much pressure on my bad back. By using the soft one I can slowly move into using the hard roller.Not good for the leg excerises as it is too soft. I have both rollers and that works.

I can't understand why some reviewers here would order a product described as soft foam roller and then complain that it wasn't hard enough. Duh!But some of us actually want a soft foam roller, like me, because I have collapsed disks in my spine and can't use the hard foam roller. So I am very happy with my purchase, and it is helping me with my physical therapy. It took me a while to find it online, but I'm glad I did.
