Professionals use high-density AXIS Black Rollers to roll out tough muscle adhesions in the heavier lower extremities including the iliotibial band (IT band), piriformis, hamstrings or quads.
Available in full 6” round and half-round models in both 12” and 36” lengths, the heat-molded OPTP AXIS Black Foam Rollers will not break down or lose their shape after moderate-to-heavy use.

I have have had and used this roller for a while and have loved the relief it gives instantly. Tonight I had back pain in another area of my back on top of the lower back pain I suffer with normally. Since I needed to roll my lower back, I also rolled all of my back to see if it would help it also. That was 5 minutes ago and I feel wonderful with NO BACK PAIN AT ALL.
