I have shorter hair so I find this to be just the right size ; the material is comfortable ; I get a lot of compliments smiles at the place I where I swim ......... by the way I am 62 ...not a kid by any means !

I don't wear this, but my 12yo daughter does. This is her second year of swim team and last year she refused to wear a swim cap because she thought they were too tight. She was willing to try again this year, and given some of the reviews saying that this was too snug, I was a little concerned. BUT her favorite color is yellow and she loves smiley faces, so I figured it was worth a shot. She loves it. If it ran small, I guarantee you she wouldn't touch it, but it fits her perfectly. Turns out one of the older swimmers on the team has the same cap. He's 6' and 200ish lbs, so I'm going to say that this cap will fit just about anyone. Feels sturdy and held up well this season. My daughter has only used it this one summer, but her teammate's mom said they've had it for years and it's not deteriorated at all.
