My 8 year old daughter I and easily put this together. The box came a bit damaged, but the desk was fine. We thought the drawers were sturdy enough and the desk is very solid. This is a great desk for a kid and I think she will get a lot of use from it.

This esy to assembly, (if you consider translating Sanskrit to Latin easy). Requires no less than 3 hands to attach most of the parts. Once together it is a very good product for the price.

My daughter is thrilled with her desk! She is 10 years old, just under 5' tall and weighs about 120. This desk is perfect for her. It took a little while to build it, but it was worth it. She uses it for everything, from homework to scrapbooking to drawing and all crafts imaginable. It looks very sturdy and has plenty of storage in the bottom shelf and side drawers. It's a pretty purple color that blends beautifully with her room decor. I'm sure she's going to enjoy it for years to come.

I love this table! The colors are cute and the whole setup seems very sturdy. The cloth drawers are actually quite fashionable. The tabletop goes up and down easily. One thing I didn't realize until it arrived is that the drawer system is attached to the table. I thought the two were separate. I don't mind at all. Assembly was pretty simple, and I'm sure it would have been even easier had someone else been helping. Overall I'm very happy and would definitely recommend this set!
