I have a keyboard in which the keys do not light. Therefore, I purchased this light to help me see the keys. The handle is very flexible allowing me to move it where the light best reveals the key letters. Highly recommended.

Bought this lamp to match the desk (similar one pictured with it) and it works perfectly. So much so, that we bought another one to use in another corner of the room. The flexibility and focus of the light is exactly what we needed.

This LED light is perfect for all kinds of art at night, or whenever it may be difficult to concentrate on whatever it is you are working on the Craft Station. However, the only drawback it that you may have to readjust the clamp on the lamp every time you adjust the table's height. Other than that, the lamp is great.

I wanted a computer desk clamp lamp to have unobtrusive, re-configurable source of light.I ended buying this one. After about 3 weeks I can say the following:Construction is sturdy enough. I even mounted it on a vertical panel and it holds up pretty good. The swivel neck has enough resistance to stay in place when I bend it left and right. The lamp opening is narrow, good narrow, so the light can be focused on a desk without generating any glare from monitors.On the cons side it feels it has been refurbished (product description said new when I bought it). The transparent plastic over lamp is scratched and looks beaten up and glued a little bit out of place. Not so big of a deal, since I didn't want a reading light, but I feel if I replace this plastic cover the lamp would be much brighter.

I was not too impressed with this lamp, but I would say I received my money's worth. The light output is good but it is concentrated in a small area (doesn't spread out like a normal incandescent or fluorescent light). Very adjustable but the arm is not stiff enough to position the light in all positions. Downsides also include plastic table clamp mount and inline-cord lamp switch.

Best $40 I've spent in a long time. I use this on a daily basis to read magazines / newspapers at the breakfast table. It stays where it is put ... no sagging, or fighting with positions. The long, linear row of LED lights gives a diffuse, even illumination to the page; no hot spots. I've been using it almost 6 months with no degradation.The light is not big or bright enough to light a drafting table or big work area, but if augmenting room lighting to read newspapers or magazines is your need, you couldn't meet it better than with this.
