My 4 yr old granddaughter wanted a jewelry box for her birthday but my daughter didn't want one with a ballerina on it, so we selected this one because of its simplicity and smaller size which is appropriate for a little girl.

it has a lot of spaces to store all my jewelery and its a little big but you can store it anywhere. after several months the back of it kinda ripped off when i opened it so i have to constatly glue it back almost everytime i open it.

Bought this as a gift for a travel jewelry box and it is nice. The ribbons on the sides to keep it from opening too far sometimes sticks out so you have to be careful when closing. Also the lock is touch and doesn't always want to clip correctly, but otherwise okay.
