Purchased one these for home use (practice outside the dojo)I would say it got 100 hours of kicking before I trashed it. Overall it wasn't terrible but I will not be purchasing a second.Pros - Fits nicely in an apartment corner when not in use.Cons -The material has the tendency to wrinkle which makes using the bag itself less enjoyable. When filled with water the base will double bounce on the ground making a lot of noise (side kicks)

Good quality product I have used in my local gym for years. Company shipped blue instead of black but fixed problem immediately once notified. Great customer service but wish they hadn't screwed up the order initially.

Great price, the upper punching unit seems to be a little wobbly where the upper pad meets the base unit.

My husband and I wanted a bag we could punch and kick. This works well for us. We filled the bottom with sand (it will take a lot of sand). So far the bag is holding up and offers us a great work out.

I have used this thing at least every other day, 20 to 30 minutes each time, since the end of June 2012. I hit hard enough to move the 300 lb base all over the floor of my garage, and it's held up better than I thought it would. At first I was concerned with the looseness of the bag in the base, but I think this may be an engineered-in stress relief. No problems at all -highly recommended for exercise and getting rid of pent up energy.

I bought this model since its identical to what they have at my son's Taekwondo dojang. The quality is excellent and it took me about 3 minutes to assemble. You can fill the base with water or sand and you're ready to go.
