I have been looking for a durable, well-made bag/purse that could handle the rough-and-tumble of everyday use. That came in black. That is made of [heavy] canvas. That had a broad strap (which is sewn on, instead of attached by clips). That could just hold a decent-sized paperback novel, an ipod touch and its earbuds, a cellphone, keys, and a wallet (bi-fold, clutch-size, coin purse... whichever), and still have a lil' room to spare. That is unisex. That doesn't have some random art screen-printed on it or a logo all over the flap...This. Is. It.Mine came in on time, packed inside a bubble-wrap lined envelope; and it looks exactly like the picture. Material feels very thick and made for being a primary, "adventure" bag. I actually didn't even realize it had the small pocket in the back (perfect for coupons or quickly stashing away mobile devices without opening the bag itself) until I took a good look at it in-person! I've probably had it for about 3 weeks now and it's still in very good condition despite me tossing it in the car, on counters, in cubby shelves, slinging it over my shoulders, adjusting the strap a couple times, and watching it fall over onto the floor.TOTALLY recommend this bag for someone on-the-go who just needs the necessities when stepping out of the house.

I'm not a purse girl, but I needed a new bag to carry my cell phone, tablet, and assorted just in case items. This bag suits me perfectly. It's very well made, the strap is adjustable, and the velcro keeps it closed securely. Also, the military styling lets me pretend that I'm a badass G.I. Jane, instead of an aging customer service rep.It shipped quickly, and after a few months use, I am very pleased with it.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He uses it daily. It's sturdy, a great size for small notebooks and novel-sized books, and looks good. I'm actually kind of jealous!My only suggestion would be a zip closure for the main inner compartment.

Muito boa, bem construda e confortvel. Mas pequena, menor do que eu esperava...Possui divis?es que permitem melhor organizar o contedo. permitindo que a carteira, por exemplo fique separado do restante do contedo.Podia ter um bolso lateral para carregar uma garrafa de gua.

I don't like to carry a purse especially over my shoulder. This works when I need a purse especially since I can wear it across body. There's just a enough space to carry what's needed without being bulky. The pockets are large so you might loose some items in it. I have all my little items organized into their own little pouches (lotions, tylenol etc) which makes it easier for me regardless of the bag.

I call this my man purse, and I really like how it's made and functions. It's not huge, but it will easily carry all that I need to take around. This will be something that i will use when i travel as well. Getting through airports, this bag will come in handy.

I'm a guy who wanted a small, inexpensive messenger bag for bringing back and forth to work. This bag is a great option. The size is perfect for several things like lunch, phone, kindle, book, scarf, etc. I didn't want a bulky messenger bag but didn't want a bag that looked like a purse either. This bag has kinda that military look, but at the same time it doesn't look like soldier of fortune-ish either. The canvas is much softer than I expected and appears to be really well constructed. It is very simple in its design with 4 pockets: A main, relatively large compartment, outer back pocket (slim), outer front pocket under the flap all secured w/ velcro & also has a small zippered pocket inside for keys, wallet, etc. The dimensions in the description seem to be accurate(10.25W x 10.5H x 4.0 D). Also, the bag I ordered & received was the black one. Perfect for my needs.

Really happy with the quality and size f this bag. I'd buy ten more! The pockets inside and out are not two small and really perfect size. The material is tough I can easily tell I am gonna travel with this bag for awhile and without a problem.
