Looks good from afar but the stand and eagle are plastic and it is easily tipped over but overall feel it is worth the amount of money spent

I am very happy with the presentation flag I received. It is of excellent quality, and surprisingly good quality. Superb value!

The flag is of good quality and appearance -- a U.S. made (Valley Forge) nylon flag with gold fringe, cord, and tassel. The pole might only be 7' tall (?), but with the base and eagle, the assembly stands about 7'8" tall. I'm definitely glad I didn't get the 8' set -- this one barely fits beneath my 8' ceiling. The only drawback I've noted is that the base (and presumably the eagle) are of lower-quality, Chinese manufacture. Both appear to be painted or metalized molded plastic, and there were some miscoated areas on the back of the eagle. Which nobody will ever notice. I'm just hoping the plastic proves durable and that the finish lasts. There is a plug in the base so you can ballast it with sand/shot/treasure, but I found this unnecessary. It is quite sturdy. Overall this is a great flag set that I'm proud to display in my office. I've seen nicer sets with finely woven cotton flags and metal adornments, but certainly not in this price range.
