Cool little "classic/retro" general-purpose signal generator, reminiscent of the good ol' days! Actually, it's perfect for servicing my old "boat anchor" amateur radio gear, as well as more contemporary projects. I'd give it a 5-star if it had an accurate digital frequency readout, and a bit finer-tuning for the oscillator (these old eyes and hands aren't quite what they used to be). Also, a square/saw output could prove useful for counter and threshold uses.

well built unit. monitor output with a frequency counter to get the exact setting needed. seems to be very stable after a warm up period.
