A great partner for sparring techniques or target work, the original BOB - Body Opponent Bag is a life-like mannequin with a vinyl "skin" for more realistic self-defense training. BOB features seven height adjustments from 60 inches to 78 inches tall. BOB can be used with or without gloves, and is ideal for punching and strikes. Arrived on time, intact, with all appropriate parts and directions. Easily assembled.Appears to be of same quality as the Bob used by son's Taekwondo Studio.

Works great as advertised. Material is great quality. When adjusting the heigth you have to mess with it a bit but no big deal.<br />Two things that held back a 5th star.<br />The cap did not come with a rubber seal to make sure there are no water leaks when it moves upon sriking.<br />Also the screws for assembly are large flat head. The threads and inner guide don't line up perfectly so it was difficult getting the screws in with the driver sliding out constantly. One screw just would not go in as the guide and threads were too far off. So I'm using it missing one.<br />Other than it's a great practice bag.

Great training aid.<br /><br />Pros = Durable<br /><br />Cons = Might be hard for some people to move around. The base is heavy when full, but it needs to be.<br /><br />My best advice would be to beat this thing like it stole $300.00 bucks from you. In my experience I like this over a punching bag. Manly it gives you targets to aim for.

Great tool for practicing martial arts with realistic target areas. The bolts in the back have unscrewed and fallen out a few times. A little annoying to put back in, but manageable. You might consider some thread lock. I filled mine 150 lbs. of pea gravel rather than water which works for me. The only other downside is the large base which gets in the way of your feet for close-in work.
