Positex 2013 OPTP Personal Wedge - 20" x 13"

I am a back sleeper but when I reached the third trimester of pregnancy, I couldn't sleep flat on my back any more. I switched to my side but was very uncomfortable. I would toss and turn all night and my hips were sore when I would wake up in the morning. My friend, who is a physical therapist, recommend I get this 2-piece wedge. I bought it directly from OPTP and it cost 68.95 (that was the health professional discounted price). Shipping to Hawaii cost 50 but the total of 118 was well worth it and certainly cheaper than the adjustable bed we had considered buying. I've been sleeping with the wedges for about a week now and I love it. I can sleep 5 to 7 hours straight. I wake up refreshed. I just love it! Sometimes I use the leg piece and sometimes I don't. It is still possible to switch to your side in the middle of the night if you need a change of position. The foam had only a very mild odor when it arrived and that disappeared within a couple of days. I put fitted crib sheet on top of the head piece and it fit just right so that the foam doesn't get dirty. Dealing with the company was easy. Item was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in great condition. This might just have saved my sanity for the rest of my pregnancy! Highly recommend it. PS: I got the 20 inch wide one. We sleep on a Queen size bed and my husband still has space. I think the 16 inch wide would be way too small. I'm 5'3 and usually 118 lb (140 right now!).
