A great way to do core body work. I have 2 and can do lunges and reverse on them. Lots of great exercises that you can do to improve you balance and core. It came brand new and in great shape.

The pro basic is the one shown in the photo....Order it and you receive the one with the black bottom and feet.

I can't give the product 5 stars since I didn't receive what was shown. I received the black bottom not the grey. And even thou the box has basic stamped on it, nowhere does it state pro. I ended up sending it back since I figured that if I'm paying for pro, then why settle for less.
