From my standpoint the table is a perfect style, shape, design and size. It fits exactly in the space I have available for it. I would prefer to see the leg assembly made of a little more substantial material, I am not sure if it could stand up to a family with active children, but for my needs, with adults only, it is perfect.

Easy to assemble, very nice looking table. Needed something not too big but expandable and it does the trick. Both sides folded down does not take a lot of room, but provides a roomy space for working when a table is needed.

I built an in-law apartment in my downstairs. There was limited space. The drop leaf on both sides made this table fit into our room. We open half for the 2 of us and can open the other side for guests. This is a perfect addition to our small room.

I like the table. It is sturdy and a perfect size for my Mahjonng group because the 42 gives adequate surface for our tiles, plus space for drinks and snacks at the corners. Also use it for dinner seating when we have a large group at my house.
