Includes a 52in/1.3m adjustable waist belt with movable D-ring, two handles, padded ankle strap, and two Bungie Cordz with combination mounting straps. Available in two lengths: M394 is 4ft/1.2m and M397 is 7ft/2.1m. Interchangeable. Available in seven levels of resistance.
