Please allow 0.2" -0.5" error of the bag size & design size because they are made and measured by hand.
How to design your unique bag?

2. You can type text, add different themes of icons from our icon library, or upload your own artwork to customize the bag. The size, color, and layout can be freely edited as you like.
3. Once you've completed your design, you can click "Order Now" button to save your design and place an order.

These are ok. Mine vary slightly in length, but none was actually 8.5 most of them were around 8.25 When you open them up and put things in them, because of the design, it's more like 8 even. The canvas is ok quality and not very thick, but adequate for the price. The biggest concern is the zipper pull. It's pretty small and looks a bit on the flimsy side, will have to wait and see how they hold up over time. These aren't as heavy or rugged feeling as a couple of the others I've had, but they're also 1/3rd the price, so I can't complain too much.Overall, I think these are a good value. If you aren't too rough with them, they should hold up for a while.

These are great little bags. Soft, flexible, but strong. I use them for organizing my tool bag. My wife likes to put her makeups in them. Definitely would recommend.
