ADJ's ECO UV Bar Plus IR is a low maintenance UV LED linear light fixture. This bright, high output ultraviolet bar has eighteen 3-watt UV LEDs that won't fade with time, and a beam angle of 120° makes this light great for performance stages, theatrical productions and special effects installations. The included wireless IR remote conveniently controls On/Off and strobe speed, and the ECO UV Bar plus is also compatible with the Airstream IR app wireless control system (sold separately). The long life LEDs, low heat output, and included mounting brackets for wall or ceiling mount or to set on the floor for wall washing makes this a must have blacklight.

Out of the box they made a quiet but annoying high-pitched noise, a sort of electronic buzzing tone, that drove me crazy! I understand this product is often used in environments where a faint noise is no big deal, but in my classroom they were too disruptive. I was so disappointed. But then (after some ill-advised attempts to smother the part of the fixture where the noise was loudest) I finally took the remote out and played with the functionality, and realized that they were all dimmed! When set to 34;full on,34; they are completely silent. Great light output, and now quiet as well!

I bought two of these to offer a black light “glow party” option to clients and after only 1 party I am convinced to you definitely need two so both sides of a room are covered evenly. These are “UV Like” LED lighting fixtures so there is no worry of eye damage. The room size for my first gig was approximately 80’x40’ with an 9’ drop ceiling. I also bought two inexpensive photography light tripods to raise them to 8’ tall. Just enough coverage with only the mix of dim sconce lights around the walls. Much more powerful then the typical 4’ tubes.

Can be installed wherever, and the remote makes it easy to operate. LEDs are covered with sturdy plastic protector. We use it on a Black Glass board with Glow Dry erase markers. Really pops!!

I used these for a blackout party at a night club. Good 180 degree range of coverage how ever the strength isn't what I was expecting hence the 4 star review, luckily we had a few adj bar 20's to fill on the crowd. Will work perfectly for small to medium sized rooms. Like I said 180 degree coverage and if positioned properly will throw the light about 20-25 feet. Had them on for 12 hours and they don't run very hot which is nice. Bought the ADJ clips with this, would highly recommend it because they have sizers to fit any type of scaffolding you might be using.

Must have for those underground warehouse raves! I did one at an abandoned warehouse about a month ago and with the strobe effect going to the beat and the lasers! OMG!! So much fun! It lit up a warehouse that was at least 2 basketball courts side by side! Massive coverage! Made the entire place glow with just one single light! By far one of my favorite purchases ever! And I'm back to buy a second one because why not!! Lol

Wow!! This UV bar is super intense!! Well worth the money, it lights up a whole huge area. The neon paint and decor really stands out. Amazing and can't wait to have my blacklight party and haunted house.
