Not as instant as I would have liked. Also not a wide as I would have liked. If you are looking for an at-home way to challenge your balance and want an easy start, this board is for you.

I found it to be satisfactory! I use it a lot. Just like the one I used at therapy.

We bought this for my 5 year old for his tight Achilles tendons for at home physical therapy which I do myself (mom). It's perfect. Very solid construction, non slip, and gives great range of motion. I physically rock him back and forth since his balance is still maturing, but it was a great addition to his routine in stretching his tendons. Just be warned, the non slip grips will ruin socks (pulls fibers apart) and do not use on laminate. We use a square patch of carpet for traction.

This board is taller than the one at physical therapy, but it really gives me a great workout and has helped me to improve my balance. If I skip a few days, then my muscles are sore from the knees down. I like the square wobble board better than the round because of the simulated walking exercises I need to do. (I'm recovering from a car accident where I broke my pelvis and have some soft tissue and nerve damage in my back and legs.)

Very well constructed. However, it did not challenge my balance like the rocker at my PT. I returned it.

This is exactly what I wanted. Helps my balance and strengthens my ankles. I just wobble about 30 times a day. I saw significant improvement from the first day to the second. Love it.
