I had a 20 year old reel florescent work light. I wanted to go LED so I got this new LED head. If you're going to do this REMOVE the transformer/ballast unit from line first. It's a little tedious wiring the inside of the light. Three things. First the wires inside are very short. Second the crimp wire connectors are very small and hard to use. Third they give two steel U shaped clamps to secure the wire. They are so hard you would have to use a sledgehammer to bend them. However, in the end I accomplished the task and ended up with a nice LED work light.

Having a shop with 20 techs, your bound to have some shop tools break. Unfortunately these don't hold up well when they run them over due to not reeling them back up before they pull the vehicle out. So I shop for the best replacement. This is the best one I've found
