This product runs extremely small. I purchased the Large. Laying flat on a table the width is 10-1/2 and the total height to the top of the strap is 11 and about 7 from where is scoops under breast to the top of the straps. This might fit a small person about size 8 once it stretches. Also, the criss-cross back is simply double stretchy lace and will not provide much posture support. The product is well made and the stretchy lace material is very nice and soft. I think it would be comfortable. I purchased it for posture benefits. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to try it on to provide any additional benefit information.
