The mat's ridged texture creates a cooling, non-stick, moisture-resistant surface so you can work out with confidence.
When not in use, each mat is easily rolled for storage. Best of all, the carrying handle makes it convenient to transport from home to the gym or yoga studio. This mat is great for absorbing impact, so it's a great source of body support and alignment during a workout. The non-slip bottom grips the floor, helping to prevent injuries.

Fabulous mat. Purchased to counteract some hard floors while doing Beachbody workouts at home. Nice and cushiony but seems like it'll be durable.

This mat is amazing!! It feels like you are on a cloud. It takes the pain off your knees when doing planks or elbows too. The mat is really long too which is nice and it comes with a strap to hold it in its rolled up state. I bought it initially for my old dog who was having trouble getting off his dog bed and didn't want to spend the outrages amount for orthopedic dog beds and so I cut it to fit my need and then used the other half for my yoga stuff.

I bought this because I moved to a basement apartment with vinyl flooring. My standard yoga mat felt like I was still directly on concrete and it was hard on my joints. This mat works great, especially on floor moves where I go from my hands to elbows or knees.
