I'm 5'1, 145 lb, 31.5” waist and the medium waist was a bit snug but comfortable. I usually wear a petite, which is around a 25-26” inseam. I had to hem the medium down by about 5” which was difficult due to the side zipper and covered placket at the bottom of the leg. However, I only need it to hold up one night for a “Squid Game” costume, so for that, it's 5-stars. But if you're planning to wear this like a normal human being, you better have a super long inseam.Other than that, it's super comfortable loungewear - smooth and shiny polyester on the outside, fuzzy on the inside, and pretty stylish for track pants. Can't beat the price.

I bought these because I need 34;tall34; sizing. The length is the best I could find. I would prefer another half inch. Also the inside lining is warm for winter wear, but at the same time is very 34;grabby34; on the legs as you walk or sit, especially on stubble legs :-( It isn't fleece, but some sort of synthetic lining that snags on any sort of dry skin, thus irritating. I34;ll keep them only until I can find a higher quality product to replace them with.

Before purchasing these pants; I read all of the reviews. Here is my take on things: 1. Yes, the pants are too long, but that is no problem for me as I will explain. 2. I am 5'234; and weigh 160 lbs and the large size fits perfect. I bought these pants because I broke my ankle and needed something comfortable to wear over my AirCast Boot. The fit is perfect, and yes I wish they were about 434; shorter, but I am not trying to make a fashon statement in the next 6 to 8 weeks.I just safety pin the good leg up and the bad leg is fine over the AirCast. The 9 inch zipper on the side makes getting the pants on over the AirCast a breeze! These pants do have a nice soft lining that might be too hot in the middle of summer for some; but for Feburary, March and April in Ohio the lining is not too hot. The feel, fit, and comfort of these pants are great!! ....Now if the Manufacturer would offer these pants in a petite size I would order many more pairs. When I am finally healed I will take these pants to a seamstress and have them shortened even though they have a zipper. I will not need the zipper then and can continue to enjoy the pants. They are truly comfortable!!!
