I installed this at a Jr High were I like to play. I went to this school and all their hoops had double rims with metal nets. I suppose because of funding all the rims are bare. Once I saw these I had to try it out. Wow, the sweet sound of a swish with a metal net!! Brings back memories of when I was an all star there. I've had to repair it four times but seems to be fine now. Get yourself a nice pair of Klein needle nose pliers and a latter and these should last along time. If it's not stolen in a years time I will put these up on all the hoops. I noticed the price went up.

Yes, great experience all the way around and saved money! Received the nets quickly! They were purchased for our city basketball courts, which stay fairly crowded and get a lot of use. If there are any issues I will come back to post but the quality of the chain was exactly what we need and the price was $10 less than other stores. Very pleased with this purchase and will be back.

Works great as long as you bend the hooks all the way around the eyes on the rim.. you will need pliers. Initially It kept falling off but when I bent them all the way around it hasnt come down since I did that last year... And it is at our apartment complex court so it is used heavily.

Both nets that I bought came apart in multiple locations within the first week or two of being installed. Using some large pliers and a lot of muscle got the nets fixed, but I figure that they will likely come apart again. I installed the nets at a local park, so I don't have control over what users may do to them; however, I don't know what someone may have reasonably done to have made the nets come apart as they did. I also needed about a dozen S-hooks to attach each of the nets to the rim properly when I first installed them.

This is a good quality chain and the hooks made it simple to install on the double rim hoop at the park. Took a while to untangle but that was expected.

When I got the net, it took a couple of minutes to untangle the whole thing, but I was expecting it would come like that. My rim was not made for those "S" hooks so I just hooked the net on the part where you put any other net, where you kind of pull the net through it and then pull down and it hooks onto it. The chain I got had one of the links on the net not connected so I just had to put it back on and close the link with some pliers. The title does not lie, the net really does not tangle up during play. The sound it makes when the ball goes through is really cool. I don't have anything bad to say about the net. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nothing on earth sounds as cool as a swoosh on a chain net. if you like street ballin nothing is better then to add this item in as a must with your ball and shoes. its strong and easy to work with. Chink!
