Sturdy and gets the job done for rent checks, etc. I was worried about rain getting in and paper clogs as mentioned in other reviews, but it hasn’t been a problem at my 4plex. I did make a little shelter for it- nothing serious- and no real problems with moisture in 1.5 years. It fits my needs and I’m glad I bought it!

Smaller than what I expected. Regular sized paper (8"x11") will need to be folded. Great though for small items such as key drop off or phone drop off. It is very secure.

Solid lock box. One issue...I bolted it to a steel channel embedded in concrete and had the bolts extending into the interior of the box. Rent checks were not dropping into the box. I had to bend the tines of the teeth, cut off the bolts and weld the box to the channel. Now it works well. I don't recommend using the upper bolt holes.
