It's not a bad pen, but I was disappointed. First, I was expecting a thicker pen - this one is thinner than many cheap promotional pens. Also, the ink of the rollerball bleeds heavily through every type of paper I tried. Unfortunately, I can't swap out a different refill.

You nor anyone else can top a Cross product. I own many, and I'm always delighted to take one out of my pocket. It make me confident to write or just to sign my name with such sophisticated instruments. The rolling ball is so satisfying that I actually purchased another for use in my office. Advice: buy Cross!

I had always wanted a fountain pen and I have owned cross pens my whole life. So I figured I would try their fountain pen the Centry 2.<br />It came in a classic box with 2 black ink cartridges and a medium nib.<br /><br />I bought a fine nib and screw in ink converter so I could use bottled ink. I have had no problems with either the fine or medium nibs clogging. I use cross bottled ink.This pen is my daily writer and it writes excellent to say the least I would definitely buy another cross fountain pen again. And I highly recommended it to anyone. It’s a high quality pen and well worth the price.
