The glass were great, good heavy material that would withstand usage by an older child. The wand looked like the hard plastic that it was rather than a bit more authentic but overall not bad. Our son did enjoy it.

The glasses which came with this kit were not supposed to have any power but they do seem to be distorting the image and are also uncomfortable to wear because of the glare coming back from the glass on the inside. I'm planning to just pop the lenses out before I let my son wear them.

My son loves this set. Both pieces are sturdy. The wand is a slightly different color than the one that is sold without the glasses.

I was very happy with the price and quality. The glasses are a little big for my seven year old, but he is a little small for a seven year old, so that probably says why.I think they look real and he is very excited about them. He wouldn't take them off the first day. Wore them until bedtime.
