Life Time Warranty

a. Any tool branded with GENIUS Tools is warranted against any defects in materials and workmanship.
b. Any tool that fails to give satisfactory service due to defective materials or workmanship will, after inspection, be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided it is shipped prepaid to GENIUS Tools service center along with a copy of proof of purchase.
c. At our discretion, GENIUS Tools may also provide a refund by crediting customer with an amount equal to the original purchase price.
d. The warranty period takes effect from the date of purchase by the customer from GENIUS distributor. Tool that qualifies for warranty shall be returned to your distributor. A copy of the invoice proving the date of purchase from the distributor will be required in the event of a claim under the warranty.
e. Consumable products are warranted, at the time of sale, only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use.

Limited Warranty

a. All Torque Wrenches (exclude torque calibration), Torque Multipliers, Torque Screwdrivers, and Pneumatic Tools are covered only for parts for a period of one year. For regions where GENIUS Tools does not have its own service centers, GENIUS Tools will supply 2% spare parts free of charge to the distributor for repair and maintenance.
b. Warranty will be voided if the damage has occurred due to misuse, accident, neglect or modification. Upon inspection and approval, GENIUS Tools, at its option, will repair or replace any defective parts and charge parts and labor costs.
c. GENIUS Tools will also charge shipping and labor costs if the returned product requires regular maintenance only.
d. GENIUS Tools only supplies the parts for all Hinge Handles, Ratchets, Speed Handles, Sliding T-handles, Impact Drivers and Pipe Wrenches to the customer for repair and maintenance purposes and ship at customer's costs.
e. GENIUS Tools products used on assembly process have a limited 60-Day warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects in material and workmanship.

Non-Warranty

a. Due to the nature of the product, all Reducing Adapters, Stud Bolt Sockets, Torque Calibration, Cuttings, Extractors, Files, Picks, Punches, Chisels, Wobble Extension Bars, Thin Wall Sockets, Swivel Sockets, Impact Universal Joints, Spanner Bits, Tool Storage, plastic- or rubber-made materials such as handles, items that are 6.35mm in size and under and discontinued items are not covered by any warranty.
b. GENIUS Tools does not warranty for the products labeled other than GENIUS.
c. GENIUS Tools does not accept any products which under warranty that upon inspection appears to have been abused, misused, neglected, modified, altered, badly worn, or treated with lack of maintenance. See Figure 1, 2, 3, 4.
d. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use.
