Don’t be a slave to boring jewelry. You can add a bit of design with our 14g (1.6mm), 5/8” (16mm) slave doorknocker barbell. The barbell has two 5mm steel balls. The top ball has a 7/16” (11mm) captive ring that is held on by 2 small indents on the ball. Each barbell is crafted of 316L ASTM F-138 Implant Grade Stainless Steel making it an easy wear in a variety of piercings.

I bought this item due to the fact that I could not for the life of me get my septum piercing back in and I thought my piecing hole had shrunk. I was able to get the needle all the way through, but when I went to insert my initial Piercing onto the needle (It needed to go into the piercing) The needle was slightly too big. But it did work for another piece of Jewlery I had. Overall it worked for its intended use, very user friendly, the piercing hole didn't shrink, I just couldn't get the right angle.

I struggled the other day changing my piercing for the first time. I just couldn't find the hole. But this taper was just what I needed. My piercing “L” ring was a18g so I purchased a 18g. It was a perfect fit!!! No pain or discomfortSo easy!

This made threading my new piercings so much easier. Helped changing jewelry to a higher quality in a fresh piercing because the original piercing was bad metal reaction. With saline they slid right in.
