This counter works great. I use it to count laps while i swim. I keep it at the end of the pool and count my laps, It is very simple and there is no complaints i have about this product.

I purchased this a couple weeks ago and I use it every time I swim. The only thing I don't like is how I have to pause a little longer after my lap to click it and make sure it got that lap in. It's much easier than trying to remember how many laps I have swam. love it.

This counter fits in my hand and does the job I ask of it in a great way. Great buy for the money.

However, I didn't realize how big & clunky it was going to be. Mainly wanted it to track my laps at the gym & was hoping for something small & easier to tuck away in a pocket. This is more of a chunky, round shape & rather heavy too. Looks like you have a golf ball in your pocket & tends to get in the way if I'm doing weights.

The numbers still line up perfectly after more than a season's worth of use and it can survive being dropped several feet at least 3x. My advice is to attach it to a lanyard to keep around your neck or hang from the dugout fence.

Simple and easy to use. The unit has been dropped and gotten wet numerous times and still works fine. We use them on fishing trips to keep track of our catches. Only wish it would have been a bit smaller.

I purchased this item to use as a row counter for crocheting projects. It's very sturdy, and works really well to serve its purpose.

I purchased this tally counter to keep track of laps when I run on a small indoor track. I've been using for a couple of months and it's been working exactly as it should.

Those little knitting counters don't go high enough, they break and I lose them in my bag when I'm using double points. I HIGHLY recommend having one. It's SO easy to just click at the end of the row and not need both hands to turn the dial on conventinal craft counters.Get one. It's the BEST craft tool investment I've made this year.

For five dollars you get a mechanical tally counter shipped to your door via Prime - can't go wrong with that. It's made of a very thin "chromy" metal plating, that I'd say is rust-resistant but not rust-free, and the sheen and shine wear off very quickly.I'm using this to count laps at the pool and if it were made of regular steel, it'd be completely rusted by now. Instead, anywhere that has the slightest scratch rusts, but it doesn't spread, at least. It's very light, and feels flimsy, but it works well and the tactile feedback is great: there's never any doubt as to whether or not a click has registered, which is excellent when your goggles have fogged up and you're in a hurry to go on to the next lap.I paid $5 for this with shipping (Prime FTW), and at that price, it was a bargain. It's not an amazing product, regardless if you're using this for the pool, for the store, or for the track, I'd say get it if the price is right, otherwise give it a pass and get something sturdier/better-made, or one of them new-fangled (and usually water-resistant) plastic electronic counters.

I bought this for my grandpa. He has certain exercises that he needs to do every day as part of his physical therapy, but he's not so great with counting or remembering how many he's done. He has to wait until someone else is in the room to count for him. I bought him this counter and he loves it. Now he can do his exercises without needing anyone else to sit and count for him.

I use it to keep track of laps when I'm swimming, and it does a simple job well. I leave it by the side of the pool and push to increment it whenever I complete a full lap. It's gotten wet plenty of times and I've never had any problems with it rusting up. A great choice for anyone who wants to count things easily, especially in conditions where a phone app wouldn't work.
