This replaced and older unit that stopped working. This model is awesome and easy to use. And so far it's firefighter proof and that's saying something.

This is great. 2min 30 seconds to brew a pot. Instant hot water has very low volume, the steam gets a little warm trying to pour 1 cup. If hot water poured faster or red level was redesigned to be not directly over spot it would be 5 star!Worth the money if you coffee maker never takes a break like mine.
