I had a plain old turkey baster that i used but it was to short to reach my brain coral so i said why not and bought this only problem is the opening is too small and it gets clogged up when it sucks in pieces of food that are too big, long story short i went back to my turkey baster and only use this when I really need to or the frozen food thaws out fast enough. Good try but im not that happy with this purchase sorry

When received the packaging was open. Not a big deal. Other than that it is exactly what I needed to feed my corals and blow of some nasties from the live rock.

Excellent feeder for corals, anemones,etc.. I am able reach almost anywhere in the tank with this adjustable feeder to precisely place the food in the coral.

Needs to be longer. We have a 36 inch deep tank and it just isn't long enough for our use.

I'm using this to target feed my corals. I've also been able to use this feeder to feed my fish 1mm spectrum pellets and mini mysis shrimp. The hole is very small so sometimes the pellets do get stuck. Although I haven't tried it, other reviewers have modified the hole to make it just a little bigger.

Works well to feed brine shrimp or other liquid type foods! Have not used the tip to feed larger objects to this point!

Like others, I felt the hole was too small. But before i got too mad and broke it over my knee i decided to try making the hole just a little bigger by using a small drill bit and a cordless drill. It worked!! I used a drill bit that was just a tad bit bigger then the existing hole. Wasn't too hard to do and it worked well. Now i can suck up thawed frozen foods much better with no clogs.I'm still not completely happy with this product although i am still using it. I feel like it never really gets clean because i hate taking it apart to really clean it after every use. Sometimes i feel it's a bit too big with too many parts. I have a 72g bow front and it is more then long enough for a tank that size.It definitely does the job though and i haven't found anything better.

This is a great target feeder for my deep tank. I highly recommend it for target feeding fish or coral in a deep tank.

Makes it easy to feed specific corals and anemones. I have a 31 tall tank, so the extension is greatly appreciated. Only complaint is I wish the opening for the tube was slightly larger. Larger pieces of krill and shrimp have a tendency to clog the opening.

Especially for the size of this thing! It's good for feeding very small plankton or tiny coral foods to corals but shrimp get stuck or won't suck up to put in the tank!
