1. How to sign up for Opentip Newsletter

Please Click Here to sign up for Opentip Newsletter. After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email to confirm your subscription.

3. Can I email my subscription request?

No. Subscriptions are accepted via web sign-up only.

4. How do I unsubscribe (leave)?

There are two ways to unsubscribe.

The first way is Newsletter based:
(1).Each Newsletter delivered to you will contain an Unsubscribe link customized for your subscription email address.
(2)To use this method, scroll down to the end of your latest Newsletter, and look for the line reading: "Rapid removal with SafeUnsubscribe ". Click the link to unsubscribe your email address

The second way is email based:
Send your unsubscribe request to market2@opentip.com, and your email address will be unsubscribed.

5. I didnít receive my coupon after sign up for newsletter.

We send coupons periodically. If you didnít receive your coupon, please contact us at market2@opentip.com and we will look into it.

6. I want to be your reseller. How can I register?

Sorry we no longer accept reseller register. Those registered before 2015 can still place order online by signing in.

7. The total amount has been changed, how can I get an updated invoice for my order?

You may contact us, we will send you the updated invoice per your request.

8. Will an invoice arrive in the box with the products we order?

The invoice will be emailed to your register email address right after you submit your order. A packing slip is sent with each shipment only showing the items inside without any price. If you need an invoice, please visit order history, find the order and click view details . Then click invoice at the bottom of the page. You will see the invoice copy.

9. I see a charge from Opentip in my bill but I can not remember.

Please login and visit order history. If you find your email does not register on our website, please contact us to have the order in details.
