How do I place an order?

1. Select Product
Browse our vast selection of promotional products by navigating through our web site. Begin by choosing a product category. Decide which item(s) you are interested in, including quantity, item color, imprint color, and when you might need them by.

2. Place Order / Request Quote
Complete the Custom Printed Request Form on the product details page by clicking the "Request Info" icon or contact a sales representative by calling toll at 1-781-583-7536. You may also contact us via e-mail at support@opentip.com.

3. Submit Artwork
You may submit your artwork to us via email: support@opentip.com.

4. Review and Approve Order Agreement and Digital Proof
Upon receiving your order, we will e-mail you a copy of agreement and digital proof for your approval within one business day.This paperwork must be approved before printing can begin.Please note, once you return the signed agreement along with payment, the items ordered become the property of the customer, printed or not printed.

5. Submit Payment
If the payment information is not provided at the time of placing the order, a credit card authorization form that will need to be completed and sent back, will be included with your order agreement and digital proof. Acceptable forms of payment include, but are not limited to, major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), company check, money order, or wire transfer.

6. Production & Shipping
Standard production time on average runs approximately 5 to 7 working days and begins after artwork and order approval.
Shipping time varies depending on which shipping method used and may range from 1 to 7 working days.

Can I order the products blank, no imprint?

Most products available through opentip.com are available without an imprint. The pricing is different between printed merchandise and blank merchandise, please quote us.

What is your sample policy?

Non custom blank samples are the blank product price plus shipping and tax (if needed). Simply place the item in your cart and check out. Preproduction samples with your custom logo or typesetting [where the minimum order one] is the item price, customization charge, set up charge, and shipping and tax (if needed). All samples can not be returned.
