I bought this blanket based on the number of positive reviews, but I had a problem I can't believe no one else had. LINT! This blanket turns into a lint bomb when washed. I had huge amount of wet lint in the washer after the first wash, and subsequent wash/dry cycles continue to produce a disturbing amount of lint/threads. I'm not prepared to unleash a blanket that has this much lint on my home. So I've kept it in the laundry room and after 3 wash/dry cycles it's very pilled looking, and the edges are starting to fray. All in all, a complete waste of money. With it falling apart the way it is after 3 washes, I'm not prepared to even donate it, so it's going into the textile recycle bin.

I am surprised at how thin this blanket is. This is lightweight, and has to be folded so many times to provide any actual cushioning, but then it isn't covering enough area. The material is quality and the color is nice, so for the price I'll keep it. But I still need to buy a yoga blanket.

Great gift for the yogi out there that wants their own blanket instead of using the ones in the yoga studio that everyone uses. Great buy!

I originally ordered this to use as a yoga blanket, to be folded in various ways as needed. However, it is huge and kind unwieldy for that purpose. But I do really like this blanket, so I decided to keep it and just put on my son's twin bed. It is a nice natural color. The fabric is think and hefty and feels very luxurious, in a natural way. But I think it's too big and heavy to use for yoga, especially if you had to haul it to a class.

This was a beautiful blanket but I really couldn't use it for my intended purpose. However, because it was so large, I was able to trade it for some of my yoga lessons. Works for me either way.

This blanket is so wonderful as a prop for yoga teaching that I literally searched my old email to find the "rate this product" email so that I could order some more! It's soft, folds evenly without lumps (important when using as a prop for shoulder stand) and is easy to clean.
