I have only used this for a good 4-5 hours since purchasing it. I noticed an immediate improvement with my court vision as soon as I realized that I had a bad habit of not keeping my eyes up court, fortunately this will correct that issue if you use it consistently.It is very durable, since its made from rubber you can step on these and not worry about damaging them at all.
