The Flexbar hand exerciser is effective. It has relieved the pain I have had for months with GOLFERS Elbow. I was a little unsure if this would work, but has really helped.

Through regular use of this, my Golfer's Elbow is slowly clearing up. after just 1 week I have a 75% improvement. the secret is that you have to actually use it, and several times a day at that, to strengthen that area. I've been showing all my friends at Cross Fit (Tendonitis seems to be a common occurrence when doing a large quantity of pull ups, muscle ups and Toe to Bar)

My elbow/wrist issues cleared up within about 10 days of doing the exercises. Quickest recovery yet.

Seems to not be working as well as for those individuals that I have read reviews from. It seems to be helping a very little bit and I have been using it for a while now it seems. I expected the pain to be much less by now but it is not. I am nearly unable to straighten my arm completely and thinking of seeking more medical attention for my problem. All I can say about this device is that it is up to you to give it a shot or not. It is not expensive and would even be good to try before seeking medical advice if it does not help. It could very well save you money in the long run. So I gave it 3 stars. Maybe I have not used it enough. I am still doing dumbbell curls in bodybuilding, something that aggravates tennis elbow at well as other arm exercises that are not good for healing. At least it does not seem to be getting substantially more painful. So that may be a plus. My honest experience with this so far...
