Well built , durable , expensive , come on , how much do they cost to build ? Driving to a cheaper price cost more in fuel and half a day . You be the judge . Good product . .

This is exactly what I needed to turn my swimming pool into a gym on these hot QLD days. I got the medium and probbaly in hindsight should have gobe heavy to work it a bit harder but they are great!

I've been doing water aerobics for about two years and started with the light resistance dumbbells. After two years of strength exercises, however, I now find that the medium resistance dumbells provide a better workoutfor my biceps. I can't do all my exercises with them since they tend to make me float, so I also work out with a noodle and/or paddles. If you are just beginning, I suggest you start with the light resistance dumbbells.

Strangely, I ordered the heavy resistance model but they sent me the medium weight pair of Water Systems water dumbells. However, after working out with them numerous times I found that these gave me a pretty good workout. They are also large enough to float my 235 pound body so I can do exercises on my back and side with this model. With my medical condition, I do many of my exercises in the pool and these work great. In conclusion, if you are seeking a pair of water dumbbells to give you a good workout, you will like this model. Just make sure you order a resistance size that fits your own workout needs.Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale(Author: Predator Hunter: A Warrior's Memoir).
