Power Systems 84840 Versa-Loop Long - Medium - Red

One of my sculpt classes uses this exact loop, so I bought one for home use. otherwise, it would have been trial and error before i found the right resistance for me.I bought the "heavy" primarily for lower body exercises. In my opinion, heavy is perfect for clamshell exercises and its variations.If wrapped around the ankles, I'd have both heavy and medium available.I also love this loop for use with the Beachbody Brazilian Butt "bum bum" workout, specifically the "high and tight" DVD. However, while I can do the standing work (loop wrapped around ankles) with heavy, I'd prefer medium for those particular moves.

These bands are similar to the ones used by trainers. Great for strengthening muscles around the knees and hips. Get them !

This is like a must have for anyone that has hip or lower back, legs - hamstrings etc to help rehab or heal it. It's comes in so many sizes or tensions to gradually help you strengthen and heal all areas.

So far the item has been great, haven't used it that long, but for my strength as a senior, it works well. Since I'm am not power lifting, I find the medium resistance is suitable and it leaves margin to go beyond my presence strength. I can't comment on the durability of the product but it is fairly of a thickness that would appear to last for awhile.

I ordered the green to help with a postpartum workout and it's stronger than I thought. However, it's a big loop, which means I can stand inside it or otherwise work with the tension, rather than just grab either end. Very happy.
