It feels smooth on the skin, unlike other bands, where it can pinch and burn. It feels durable so you don't feel scared pushing harder on your workouts because this band should hold up. I bought two other bands from this maker and all work well.

Great product. Not as versatile as the bands that can be tied into loops or used straight but these have one major advantage- they don't grab and pull out leg hair. They last longer too. Forget the Thera-bands. I've broken several in the past three years but my Versa-Loops are still going strong.

My personal trainer first introduced me to the blue band during a training session. I ordered one for use at my home and one for use in my cubicle at work. The band comes with instructions for various exercises. Quick and easy. Great workout for your hips and legs.
