Not much to say except that this item is great - if you use it :). I appreciate the grooves on this medicine ball since my hands are smaller than the average. Personally it provides challenge even if I outgrow the weight. I recommend this medicine ball if you're hoping to have a no-nonsense workout.

This exercise ball has a lot of bounce to it unlike the everlast balls. Because of this your exercise routine may change a little, but overall, the 18 lb ball is great.

This ball is great, it can take a beating and not loos a pound. If you are handeling it for high reps the texture can do a number on your hands. Don't love the color but that is not what I bought it for.

I toss this ball at the handball wall at my local park. The workout is intense. Squatting and thrusting really workouts those thighs, calves, and buttocks.

I have mostly just slam balls that do not bounce at all. I wanted to start working with ones that bounce and are of high quality. Decided to try these. Purchased the 15lb one and it is perfect! Bounces just right. Does not deform and is off high quality. I would highly recommed this bouncer to any body. Great for throwing against a concrete floor or wall. Excellent is the best word for it. Will be buying the 20 or 25lb one next.
