The Heavy Grips™ hand gripper series was developed for athletes who want to take the training of their grip strength to the next level.

These high-quality aluminum-handled handgrippers are made in 50lb increments from 100lbs to 350lbs *so that you can train your grip similar to training any other bodypart-- by increasing resistance.
*Grip strength is approximate and does not compare to strengths of any other grippers on the market. The strength of our grippers is tested mid-handle.

If you want to develop serious hand strength for a sport, or just want to impress your friends, than the Heavy Grips™ hand grippers is the perfect choice for you!
The Heavy Grip 100™ takes 100lbs of pressure to close, and the Heavy Grip 350™ takes a mind boggling 350lbs to close. Compare that to most store bought hand grippers that only take 40lbs to 60lbs of pressure to close!!

The Heavy Grip 100™ is perfect for beginners and warm-ups, and the Heavy Grip 350™ takes a mind boggling 350lbs** to close. Compare that to most store bought hand grippers that only take 50lbs of pressure to close!!!

The item feels to be of high build quality and it is reasonably priced. My only issue is it gets a bit slippery when you sweat. Other than that its a great item to have. Btw this item is also quite tough to workout with, maybe I should have started with an easier level like the 150, I would have to say this is definitely a long-term workout item.

We got this for my son, 15 yrs old. This is the "100" model, and turned out to be perfect for him.He is not a big guy, but has been working out, and the cheapgrips from the big box stores just were not cutting it.The grips are a bit rough and take some adjusting to, so beprepared for that.Overall quality is very good, and we may get the heavier model soon.

250 is a bit much even if your a novice body builder with strong hands. START AT 200 UNLESS YOU CAN BENCH 280+. Now I need to purchase a smaller weight to make full use of exercise. Great product though, If it doesnt break. But it has a lifetime warranty for that.

This product seems pretty solid. Unfortunately, the knurl smoothed out almost immediately on one of the handles making it rather slick. I would've returned it, but I had hurt my wrist, set it on the side when it arrived, and forgot about it. By time I finally got to use it and realized the knurling was poor, I figured it was too late to send it back. It has also developed a squeak, but is not too bothersome. I'll have to try a drop of oil on the spring. I'm breaking out the 200 now and I'll see how those knurls hold up.

The product is very crud and since it is heavy the handles are very rough and you will need gloves if you want a serious workout with it. I would expect a more refine handles. The spring make noise while contracted. pretty much a rudimentary product

Hi guys. Wow. Ok Ill post my thoughts on here. Honestly I love these lil monsters. I have a pretty decent grip so I started with the 200 pounders. I do sets of 3 at 20 to start. Do the normal grips then turn them over upside down to 3 and 20 again and then open hand grip them to build the muscles in my fingers and thumb. I actually love this product. I am going to purchase the 300 lbers in a week or so. Great product and I love the lb markings that help you keep your self in check.
