I purchased the fit ball after using one in physical therapy. I could not find one at any local store. It helped my sciatica problem, but also it seemed to help the muscles in a leg that was weak. It is the one piece of exercise equipment that I actually use. I find it fun to do before I start my other exercises, too. I can store it in a little space right in my living room, so it is there when I want it. It is a good quality item.My uncle was having muscle weakness in his legs, so I purchased one for him, too. I haven't heard what he thinks of it yet.

My knee and ankle need mild rehab and my doc recommended the disc as another tool to use to strengthen the weakened tendons and muscles. Time will tell if the disc serves this purpose but so far it's fun to stand on while on the phone or doing busy work. Would recommend the manufacturer enclose more details about inflating the disc as well as some suggested exercises.

Allegro Medical took their time processing my request and shipping the item out. I wish I just went to a store like Sports Authority to buy this item. The wait wasn't worth it. My intent was to use this as a cushion at work. I haven't used it yet because it is not deflatable.

Not as close to using a fitness ball as i had hoped. I bought this cause my chiropracter said it's like sitting on a ball while i'm at work so it will help with my core. the thing is really uncomfortable to sit on and doesnt help. I ended up buying an exercise ball to sit on at work.
