Three wide bands offer progressive resistance to enhance classic Pilates exercises and increase your muscle strength and definition. Using a weighted ball also helps you tone problem areas and develop your abdominal muscles.

Three Pilates Yoga Bands (6"W X 4'L): light, medium, and heavy Pilates Yoga Ball (1 lb) Ball & Band Workout DVD (approx. 45 minutes)
Each band has a different level of resistance. Choose the one that makes the exercises a challenge, but not too hard. As you get stronger, progress to a thicker band.
Yellow = Easy Lilac = Medium Blue = Hard
