I bought these to use in a class I teach where we work on balance, as well as many other things pertaining to the back. My class liked them because of the challenege it gave them. They liked them so much that many of the participants bought them from me, and I had to buy more!

VersaSteps are fun to train with. My clients are literally on their toes when I use these in their sessions. They are exceptional and extremely challenging. When used frequently, you will experience and develop your ability to balance and focus. The end result....a stronger, more flexible body.
