This mat is made of high quality material. It collects the litter great! I use 2 outside of my litter pan to catch all of the litter!

We currently own three of this particular litter mat. It's a nice looking mat that doesn't clash with any of our decor. It is a little on the small side and on occasion or cats will track litter off the mat. However, I prefer to have to run the vacuum around the boxes once a week than have a large unattractive mat taking up space. Great product!

I got this because I love walking around the house barefoot and can't stand when litter gets on my feet. I've got an enclosed litter box (easier to clean) and this fits directly in front of the opening. My cat doesn't mind it one bit, he may even prefer it...if only I could read his mind I could tell you one way or the other. The only downside is you have to re-position it daily which isn't a big deal because it's best to shake the litter that ends up on the mat back into the box every day when doing litter box maintenance.

I bought this for my boyfriend's cat's litter box & she makes so much less of a mess with her litter now! Before, it was all over the floor in front of the box, but now it's contained on this mat. And it seems to be that she likes the feel of the mat under her paws, because she'll sometimes just stand in front of her box, wiping her paws across it.

I have used these mats for many years and they have been very effective with my two cats. Thank you!

....but this has turned into a floor and back saver! I have always kept something under the littler box because our cat it a thrower. Litter everywhere! And we have a covered litter box! I have used throw/scatter rugs and a lipped plastic mat and the litter still ended up all getting tracked around the house by the cat. Constantly I was sweeping. But this actually does catch the litter from his little paws as he exits the box and anything that happens to make it outside the box while he is inside! The only maintenance is to pick it up periodically and shake it into the garbage pail.
