Not much to say here. The pump works exactly as it should, creates good air flow and it's extremely quiet DEPENDING on what surface it is on. I have it sitting under the tank on the carpet (with a check valve installed to prevent back-siphoning) and it is quieter than the filter. The bubbles however aren't so quiet lol. Good buy.

Good for the money, but a little louder than I would like. I suppose if I had invested more in the pump I may have found a quieter one. I ended up setting it on a folded towel and it quieted down a good deal.

You get what you pay for and for what we paid, this is a great air pump. There is no pressure adjustment or anything like that. When we hooked a hose directly from this pump to an ornamental drawbridge thing, it was far too much pressure. Then, we hooked up the little splitter with the cap on one end and after some adjustment, the bridge opens and releases the air ever 30 seconds or so.

very easy to hook up etc and has been working flawlessly in my 20 gallon tank. my only complaint is that it has gradually changed from being whisper quite to emanating a hum. I work from home so I got used to it the hum but others hear it instantly. The rubber boots on the legs definitely help dampen vibration noise from the surface that it is resting on.

I had it for about a month now and have had no problems whatsoever. I have had noisy air pumps in the past and so far this isn't one of them. I'm glad I purchased :)

This filter is extremely quiet! The bubbles that come out of my bubble wall make more noise than the pump itself. I expected a 40 gallon pump to be louder but it really is just a whisper!
