Love these. They work better than most other products I've tried. Highly recommend you try them. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second year I have bought these for my dog kennels and on day 2, both traps have 100's of flies on them. I just hammer a piece of 3/4 inch PVC in the ground so that the traps are dog height and the traps do the rest. GREAT FLY TRAPS AND WELL WORTH THE $$$!

I've tried a lot of bug catchers and this one works well with my pastured animals since we rotationally graze, so I hang it from a shephard's hook and move it with my herd. Unfortunately, this year I forgot to put chicken wire around it and 3 birds got caught in it -- the birds don't die. I have to pull (very hard) to free them and I don't think they live long afterwards since many of their feathers are still stuck on the trap.

Hang it in the right place and it works like a charm for the season. We tried to hose it off and use it again without success, but for the price, get a new one each year.

These traps really get rid of the biting leg flies that cause horses to stomp and twitch.2012 started out as a bad year for flies, but these traps (along with fly predators for horse flies and water bag traps for house flies) have gotten rid of almost all of our flies.:-)
