I haven't used this as a pen, but as a barrier. It is long enough to separate rooms when spread out. You can adjust the length by folding the sections. Might not work if you have a rowdy dog, but my 3 are afraid to touch anything that could move (and I have 2 Rottweilers and a Pit Mix). If one of them is having stomach problems which produces a mess from either end of their body, I "fence" them off in the dinette where there is linoleum. Works great!

Love this play pen form my two min pins. I bought this as a pen for the inside of my house, I've since converted it to make a house for my two pups. I will be buying another to use outside.....

We recently adopted a Chinchilla and we needed a non-expensive play pan which would connect to his cage. This is a great pan with out being so overpriced. I wish the spacing between the bars was smaller because if we are not careful the little chinchilla can squeeze himself through the holes, but with a little creativity we can fix this problem. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It's tall enough and big enough to fin in my daughter's room when she wants to play with her new best friend.

THE best pen for a dog. We still use it for our 60 pound dog when we are gone for more than a few hours... she has never pushed it down, and it has withstood the tests! It's large and does not make dogs feel caged in, she actually likes to go in the kennel if we leave it up after we go home. Don't hesitate to buy this.

I'm so glad I bought this exercise pen before we adopted two puppies. It's perfect for potty training when they don't need to go in a crate. It's also great to put them when we leave the house to keep them from chewing on anything or having accidents! We can put a couple potty pads in one corner and blankets, toys, and water in another. It works well indoors and out. We're even thinking of getting another to keep them from going behind the T.V. area. I definitely recommend!

I have a great dane that is now 9 months old and too big for a traditional crate (30+ inches at the shoulder). This product was already assembled and just needed to be pulled out of the box. It is huge and gives my dog plenty of space to move around and is tall enough to be an effective enclosure even for the tallest of dogs. Great product at an affordable price.
