    My elderly cousin and I had purchased 2 of the 6-cup rectangle Storage dishes at the Corning Outlet store. She later wished that she had bought 2 more. I called the store and the very efficient clerk said that she could order them for us rather than for us to drive 20 miles each way, again. I was impressed and my cousin was amazed that she was able to order them. Very impressive. Thank You.

    I bought these, along with the lids, on sale, and have been tickled pink ever since. They're a great size for leftovers for a family of 4, and aren't too deep or wide to run in the microwave- they work great, even with mashed potatoes (and you KNOW how hard those can be to reheat evenly!) I also love the fact that now, my husband is actually aware of WHAT, exactly, is in the fridge- seeing the foods clearly makes all the difference. I would recommend these to anyone!

    With just two left at home I still like to cook large and freeze a portion for another day. My husband has a hearty appetite, and these 6 cup pieces are perfect for main dishes and desserts. I may have to get more.
